Orders can be placed via this website, phone or fax.  Acceptable forms of payment are Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.  Please contact customer service to set up other forms of payment.
 
Returns mut be requested within 3-5 days of receipt.  Re-pack the product in the original box.  All returned products must be in the original condition with all packing material and instructions.  We cannot issue a full refund if any items do not meet these conditions.  We will not accept any returns sent COD.
 
Any request to return merchandise must be accompanied by a "return authorization number" issued by our Customer Service Department.  This number must appear on all returned boxes and paperwork or shipment will be returned.
 
Laundered, Soiled, Damaged or Tampered Goods - in any manner, will not be accepted as a return.
 
Any acceptable goods returned or shipments refused will receive a 35% re-stocking charge.  No exceptions.  Damages and shortages must be reported within three (3) days of receipt of merchandise.
 
Should damage occur during shipment, do not refuse any shipment. Leave the merchandise in the original container and contact the delivering carrier and Little Miss Liberty at (310) 843-0900 within 3-5 days. You will be advised by an LML agent as to subsequent procedures.
 
Exchanges can only be made on items of equal or greater value and must be approved by Customer Service; the restocking fee is waived on all exchanges. We can not accept any exchanges or returns on the following items: custom bedding or furniture, all sale items, holiday themed items after the holiday, any used, worn or cleaned items, and any cut yardage. Refunds and/or exchanges on any items must be made within 30 days of purchase. However, damaged items must be reported within 3-5 days of receipt. Once the original item is returned and processed, your credit card account will be credited for the full amount minus a 35% restocking fee within 30 days of package being received, accepted and quality checked at our returns department.
 
Once the material has been ordered for a Custom Order, Client is responsible for material(s) even if the order is cancelled. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
 
For the purposes of public health and safety, and in conformance with State laws, items of personal hygiene, linens, sheets, etc.,  when sold at retail may not be accepted for return or exchange after having left the premises from where they were sold. No exchanges on any item that has been laundered or dry-cleaned.
